Heating system issue in 2024 Lotus Eletre S

I’ve had ongoing heating problems with my new 2024 Lotus Eletre S since taking delivery in January 2024. Despite multiple inspections, the problem seems to stem from a thermostat issue causing no heat to be distributed. Lotus Ashford has confirmed the same issue is occurring in other Eletre models, and they’ve assured me a software update will resolve it. However, I’m still waiting for this fix despite downloading the latest V1.5 update, and with no heat during winter, it's become quite frustrating. I'm hoping for concrete resolution soon as this issue has been ongoing for months. Anyone else dealing with this?

I was sure my heating was busted until my buddy mentioned that I might've left eco mode on in the settings. Turned it off, and everything’s working perfectly! Since you're dealing with the same thing, give it a shot!

Yes, the overall heating and cooling system could be better. The 1.5.0 update was supposed to improve the auto fan levels, but I haven't noticed a huge change either. During the winter, I found the fan speed didn't adjust much on its own, and I often had to manually tweak it. Hopefully, the update will bring a more consistent solution for both of us soon.

I agree, the fan speed adjustment is still inconsistent.

I agree, it’s frustrating. I’m hoping they resolve it soon. It’s disappointing that such a basic issue persists.
