I'm always cold in my Eletre, even with the heat on. I have to turn it way up to feel warm. The car says it's 28 degrees inside, but it feels colder. Is this normal?

This could happen if there's a problem with the sensor or if the air circulation is a bit off. It might also be that the system isn’t spreading heat properly. You might want to take a look at whether the airflow is pointed in the right direction or if any vents are blocked.

It’s not uncommon for EV climate control systems to have slight discrepancies between the displayed temperature and what you feel. This could be due to the sensor’s placement or even how the air is being mixed and circulated. If you’re consistently uncomfortable, it’s worth asking the dealership to check the temperature sensor and HVAC system calibration. Sometimes software updates can also improve how the system regulates heat. Fingers crossed it’s a quick fix!

The cabin sensors might not be reading the actual temperature near you accurately. Try using seat and steering wheel heaters to supplement and see if adjusting the airflow direction helps.
