I’ve been exploring the features of my Eletre. Mine currently runs on LotusOS 1.0.0 (with no updates available yet). One thing that surprised me is the lack of audio settings like Bass, Treble, or an Equalizer under the Sound options.

Personally, I’ve found the DAB output to be a bit tinny so far. I’m wondering if it’s just me or if others have noticed this too?

Fingers crossed that more detailed audio controls will be included in a future software update. Has anyone heard anything about upcoming updates addressing this?

If you’re using a phone to stream music, some apps like Spotify or Apple Music have built-in equalizers you can customize. It’s not a perfect solution, but it might help until LotusOS gets the features we’re all waiting for.

I told my dealer about the problem. I've tried to fix it with the EQ, but it's still not perfect.

When my brother got his car, B & C told him you can't really adjust the sound settings. The Kef team already tuned them, so you're stuck with standard, stage, or spatial modes. It sounds amazing, and he loves it whether he's listening to DAB radio or streaming. But if you like to really tweak the sound, you're out of luck.

Lotus thinks the speakers are good enough, so they won't let you change the sound settings LOL.
Right, from what I gather, Lotus is pretty confident in the quality and sound of the KEF speakers, so for now, they’re not letting owners adjust things like bass or treble. Seems a bit bold, huh?
