Eletre Hyper OS 1.5.0 Update

After updating to Hyper OS 1.5.0, I noticed some improvements as well as a few minor issues. The radar system appears more sensitive now, occasionally alerting me to potential collisions when there are only parked cars. Also, the media volume does not always return to its previous level following warnings such as speed camera or lane drift alerts. I frequently have to manually press the play button to resume audio. The Siri function does not appear to be working as expected; I usually have to hold the buttons on the CarPlay Home Screen to activate it. Other than that, I'm loving my Eletre. I fall in love with it every single day.

Hey, the Hyper OS 1.6.0 is coming out soon! I can already imagine myself totally immersed in sound. I heard the upgraded Stereo and Dolby Atmos tuning has a lifelike audio experience and I’m excited. Not to mention the Equalizer feature you can customize to your preference. Adjust the bass, mid, and treble for the perfect listening experience.

Sounds like the Eletre’s still a joy despite those quirks. The radar alerts could be a bit much, especially in tight spaces. Hopefully, there’s a way to dial down the sensitivity. For the audio and Siri issues, maybe a quick settings reset or reconnecting CarPlay could help. It’s great that Lotus is rolling out updates, though, shows they’re listening to feedback.

This car sounds amazing! People say it drives really well and offers pretty consistent range. The build quality is excellent, no rattles or creaks inside. I’m sure there’s even more to it!

You are getting new features in every update but you also encountered issues that are unexpected. I am not sure if they ran a beta testing before releasing the update to the customers. I would love to sign up for beta testing if they will offer this in the future.

Glad you're loving your Eletre! The radar sensitivity and media volume issues sound like bugs from the update, hopefully, they'll be fixed soon. As for Siri, it could be a CarPlay setting or a glitch, so resetting or checking for updates might help. Fingers crossed they smooth it all out!
