Eletre App Connection Issues

My dad just got this awesome new Eletre, but he's totally stuck trying to hook up the Lotus App. He scanned the QR code and...zilch. Anyone else hit this snag or got any tricks to sort it out? Thanks!

You need to contact Customer Service. They can help you activate the app.

I just called customer service a few days before I got the car and they helped me out.

The QR code not working for the Lotus app is a common problem with new car apps. make sure the app has permission to use the phone's camera and internet. If that doesn't help try typing in the car's VIN or another code manually. If it still won't connect your dad will need to contact Lotus support. They can help him fix the problemand might need to reset something on their system.

My app is stuck in demo mode and won't connect properly. I've already contacted Lotus support for help to connect my iPhone to the car. I also tried scanning the QR code at the dealership but that didn't fix the issue
