Lotus Eletre Order Nightmare

I ordered an Eletre a few months back, and it's been a total circus trying to get the right options sorted with Lotus. They keep bugging me to confirm the order, but the options are still a hot mess. Now they're even threatening to cancel my order if I don't cough up the deposit! Anyone else been through this with Lotus? I'm seriously about to throw in the towel!

How is it now? I think it would be better to try another dealership if that's the case.
