I'm about to snag an Eletre and I'm curious about what charging cables come with it. Any Eletre owners out there who can spill the beans? Would love to hear what you’ve got! Thanks a ton, and can’t wait to join the club!

Lotus Eletre uses a Type 2 Plug. The maximum charge rate is 22kW. So, I guess it comes with the standard ones:
J1772 (AC Charging):
- this is the standard connector for AC Level 1 and Level 2 charging in North America
- used for home charging stations and public Level 2 chargers
CCS Combo 1 (DC Fast Charging):
- For fast charging at public charging stations
If plan to use home charging more, a Level 2 charger (J1772 connector) would be a good option because it is more practical.

When I got my Eletre, it came with a Type 2 charging cable for home charging and an adapter for public chargers. I got a Type 2 charging cable and a domestic adapter with mine, which has been perfect for my home setup and road trips. If you’re planning to do any heavy traveling, I’d suggest investing in a second cable just in case (especially if you’ve got multiple charging stops planned).
