So my Eletre’s taking a nap and the nav system is totally on the outs. There’s this annoying cloud icon with a line through it that won’t go away. Anyone else seen this ghost? Got any magic fixes without doing a full reset?
 
This is about the licensing that requires a fix from China. I think they're gonna reset it or something. They're aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Can't you just use CarPlay or Android Auto for maps?
 
My Satnav's been working perfectly, no hiccups at all. Everything’s running smooth, and all my accounts are linked up and synced just right.
 
That cloud icon with a line means your Eletre's navigation can't connect to the internet which stops it from giving you directions and live updates. it's usually because the car can't get a cell signal. Before doing a full reset check if you're in an area with good cell service and if your car's data plan is working. Sometimes just turning the car off and on again will fix it. If those don't work, there might be a problem with the car's internet connection hardware, and you'll need to take it to the dealer.
