Eletre Software Issues

I just got my new Eletre, but I'm having trouble with the app and the software. I’m grappling with some connectivity hiccups, the map is messed up, and the clock is wrong. I've tried every fix under the sun, but no luck. Lotus and the dealer are scratching their heads, and I'm starting to lose my patience. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? I’m loving the car, but this tech trouble is seriously testing my zen!

I spoke with Lotus, and they confirmed that the issue requires a fix from China. They're aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
