What is the rear lightbar charge indicator feature?

Hi! Someone asked me today how I feel about the Electre's rear lightbar charge indicator feature. I didn't know what to say because I don't know what is that feature for. I have never heard of it. Have you guys heard anything about it? Any thoughts? Thanks!

It's all about personal preference. Some people like it, others don't. It's a cool feature, but I'm not sure how useful it really is
