Why Eletre won't charge on Tesla Supercharger?

Our new Eletre is awesome, except for one HUGE problem: it won't charge on Tesla Superchargers! Tried multiple stations and it starts charging for a minute or two, then BAM, it stops. Anyone else having this issue? It's not like I have a ton of other options.

Afaik, you should have a CCS connector in order for it to charge on Tesla Superchargers.
