Eletre App Acting Up?

I’m running into a bit of a mess with my Lotus Eletre app. It’s showing as connected, but I can’t lock or unlock the car or even get the aircon going. I’m rocking a Samsung S23 Ultra and have tried pretty much everything I can think of, but no luck. Anyone else in the same boat? Oh, and has anyone received an OTA software update yet?
 
Are you still using the 1.0.0C software? I've got no issues with mine before though. I'm also using Samsung phone. I would contact Lotus Customer Support with that, I doubt it's a problem with the phone, I think it's with your account.

I had the same problem. You probably used a different email address. Call Lotus and tell them your email. They'll fix it.
 
App problems that stop you from controlling your Eletre are really annoying especially when you want to cool it down. Even though it says the app is connectedf it sounds like it's not actually working. With a good phone like the S23 Ultra car apps can have problems with Android. check your phone's app settings to make sure everything is turned on like location and background data. If that doesn't fix it try logging out and back into the app or reinstalling it. OTA updates are happening but slowly so it's normal if you haven't gotten one. If nothing works you should contact Lotus support, as they might know of a bigger problem or have other solutions.
