False alarm and app notification issue with my Lotus

So last week, my car's alarm went off for no apparent reason while parked outside my house. There were no signs of external interference, and I even wondered if a fly or spider set it off though there were none visible. The odd part was that I didn’t get any notification on the Lotus app, which I expected, since it alerts me about charging sessions. I’m wondering if this is an oversight by the developers or an issue with my setup. Ideally, the app should also provide video footage from the cameras to verify the cause of the alarm. I'd even pay for that service...

So, if your alarm went off at all only for that, then I should be worried about mine. Someone scratched my car and my alarm was sleeping... imagine that.

Glitches happen, but a dashcam could help...
